This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Hands-Free Control ("the App"), operated by Derar H. Mallah. We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a free trial so you can test webcam control, head tracking, and voice commands before you pay.

Every user can start with a free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to confirm the App works with your webcam, lighting, and hardware setup before purchasing a subscription or lifetime license.
02Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Because Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction, refunds are issued in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund terms in addition to this policy. Any refund is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
03Requesting a Refund
If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at handsfreecontrol.app@gmail.com with your order details (the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order number). We'll do our best to resolve any technical issue. If we can't, we'll help you process an eligible refund through Lemon Squeezy. You may also request support directly from your Lemon Squeezy order receipt.
04Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the App's in-app settings or your order receipt to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund a charge already made — contact us if you believe a recent charge should be refunded.
05Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments. If you're unsure whether the App suits your needs, please use the free trial before buying a lifetime license.
06Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a payment, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we're happy to help and can usually resolve issues faster directly.
